Hi! My name is Ruth aka "The CIRS Coach." I have quite a background in biochemistry, herbalism, nutrigenomics, environmental illness, and dementia. I am the second generation in my family to help those with chronic illness and literally grew up in an environmental medicine practice. 

When I'm not working, you'll find me swimming, running, dancing, and chasing after my wild kids in the mountains of western Maine. 

I believe life should be lived to the fullest, and I want to help get you back to living your best life.

I've seen chronic illness be healed. Together we can make it happen.
